After operating in Turkey under the international energy company TotalEnergies S.A. since 1992, TotalEnergies Stations are now under new management. In March 2020, the takeover process was completed and the stations are now operated by OYAK.


TotalEnergies Stations continues to serve as Turkey's 5th largest fuel company in the fuel sector with a network of more than 500 stations.
TotalEnergies Stations, the pioneer of many firsts that paved the way for the development of the diesel vehicle market in Turkey, offers consumers a high performance and high quality product range with its Excellium fuel range enriched with high quality additives.


With a growing network of stations, TotalEnergies Stations is rapidly expanding its presence in key locations. Investments in prestigious stations in strategic areas continue to drive their success. TotalEnergies Stations is actively pursuing major projects such as the Airport Station, Northern Marmara Motorway Station, Orhangazi East and West Stations, with the goal of creating even more impressive facilities. By taking these firm steps towards expanding their portfolio, TotalEnergies Stations is committed to achieving their vision of maintaining its leader position in the industry.


Aiming to make life easier for its customers through its projects, TotalEnergies Stations was the first fuel company to implement the "Mobile Payment" application in the fuel sector. This infrastructure, which allows customers to make payments easily, quickly and securely without leaving their vehicles, is still used with great appreciation today.


TotalEnergies Stations continue to provide high quality service in non-fuel activities. TotalEnergies Stations offer the Bonjour convenience store concept 24/7 to meet the needs of customers while traveling. With two different market concepts, Bonjour and Cafe Bonjour, TotalEnergies Stations provide the best service at more than 140 locations across Turkey.


In order to offer quality products and services to its customers with a distinctive service approach, TotalEnergies Stations, together with the TotalEnergies Academy Team, continuously provides fully-equipped training to station employees in order to maximize service quality and customer satisfaction. These trainings and service quality are continuously monitored through mystery shopper visits and quality control tools.
In 2018, TotalEnergies Stations broke new ground in the sector and started to provide services in sign language for the first time in the fuel sector. TotalEnergies Stations support barrier-free communication. Today, more than 120 TotalEnergies stations and more than 250 frontline employees serve the hearing impaired.


In 2019, within the framework of the agreement signed with the Turkish Basketball Federation, TotalEnergies stations will support the Basketball National Teams for three years and will be featured on the back of the National Team jerseys.
