TotalEnergies Stations evaluate and manage the risks associated with Health, Safety, Environment, Security, and Road Safety in their operations, aiming to minimize these risks to the extent possible. The company is committed to constantly improving its HSEQ and Road Safety measures to protect its employees, customers, and contractors from harm, including fatalities, injuries, and occupational illnesses resulting from its activities, as well as preventing fires and accidents causing material damage. TotalEnergies Stations establish robust Management Systems and strive to enhance them continuously by encouraging best practices that go beyond mere compliance with regulations.

TotalEnergies Stations are aware that around 92% of accidents can be prevented by adhering to the 12 Golden Rules based on statistics. Therefore, we conduct all our operations using trained and well-equipped personnel, as well as equipment developed with our engineering expertise.

ENVIRONMENT

TotalEnergies Stations strive to minimize the environmental and health impact of their operations by preventing pollution, optimizing energy use, collecting and recycling used motor oil, minimizing waste and emissions, and actively promoting sustainable development through the preservation of natural resources.

As TotalEnergies Stations, we audit our operations in accordance with the ISO 14001 Environmental Management System and ensure that necessary actions are taken to eliminate any deficiencies identified.

Adhering to our Environmental Management policy, we commence all our business operations with the objective of producing minimal waste. We collaborate only with authorized waste management companies for their proper disposal and recycling. We segregate waste according to its type (such as plastic, metal, paper, glass, battery, etc.) and monitor the quantities of each type recycled.

TotalEnergies Stations control the production and service chain, continuously monitor process performance and deliver high quality products to achieve customer satisfaction, thereby increasing competitiveness. TotalEnergies Stations also strive to continuously improve its quality system objectives. The TotalEnergies Stations Quality Management Systems have regular assessments to measure performance and identify relevant actions, which are managed through appropriate procedures.

QUALITY PROCESSES OF THE FUEL OFFERED TO OUR CUSTOMERS

The fuel supplied by TotalEnergies stations undergoes rigorous quality checks at every stage, beginning with our terminals and transportation operations and extending to our retail stations, culminating in the fuel reaching your vehicle's tank.

- Our fuels undergo these processes and are formulated using the most advanced technologies.
- The quality of the fuel purchased from refineries is checked at TotalEnergies Stations' accredited laboratories in accordance with ISO 17025 standards.
- The products are transported to our stations in the safest way, in accordance with international standards, in tankers with sealed holes.
- Our fuel tanks are periodically cleaned regularly at our stations.
- Our Mobile Quality Control Vehicles regularly inspect our stations, take samples and ensure that they are managed in accordance with EMRA rules.
- All our personnel undergo regular trainings on quality. Thanks to the "Automation System" at the stations, our consumers can monitor the refueling of their vehicles.
- TotalEnergies Stations Customer Services Call Center and Quality Control Units support our consumers in making the most accurate field controls in case of any complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction.

TotalEnergies STATIONS QUALITY CONTROL TOOLS

The Mobile Quality Control Vehicles deployed by TotalEnergies play a critical role in ensuring the quality of fuel at all its stations across Turkey until it reaches the customer's vehicle.

The vehicles carry out station checks, take fuel samples from the stations and transport them to TotalEnergies Stations' accredited laboratories, and in special cases, analyze and report the samples on-site. The mobile laboratories are equipped with state-of-the-art equipment and travel throughout Turkey to provide fast and on-site service to customers.
